North Rock Creek Trail Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
This trail is lightly used during most of the season. Suitable camping areas can be found along the trail. Beautiful views may be enjoyed at the top.
Pole Creek Trail (Divide Ranger District) Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
Take the short side trip from the trail to the creek to see a series of small waterfalls, natural arches and crystal clear pools on Pole Creek.
Red Lakes Trail Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
The Red Lake Trail climbs the La Manga Creek Valley to Jarosa Mesa. Red Lake, sitting in a bowl at the head of the Rito Colorado, is popular for fishing and camping.
South Fork Trail (Divide Ranger District) Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
This trail is entirely within the Weminuche Wilderness and the main attractions are the Continental Divide and Spruce Lakes.
Squaw Creek Trail Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
The trail primarily parallels Squaw Creek from Thirty Mile Campground to the Continental Divide. Good fishing is possible along Squaw Creek and nice camping areas are easy to find along the trail.
Squaw Lake Trail Divide Ranger District,

Squaw Lake Trail lies deep within the Weminuche Wilderness. Good access to the Continental Divide is available on this trail. Pleasant camping areas are available.
Ute Creek Trail Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
This trail is the major access route into the vast Ute Basin Area. Four major fishable lakes sit in the beautiful basin. The Ute Trail is a popular route with Weminuche Wilderness visitors.
Ute Lake Trail Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
After departing from the main Ute Trail, this trail immediately crosses Middle Ute Creek and proceeds up an open meadow. It meets the Continental Divide Trail immediately above Ute Lake.
West Lost Trail Creek Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
Beautiful views of Pole Mountain and vast panoramic views are possible once a hiker begins approaching the Continental Divide. This trail provides the shortest access to Cataract Lake from the Rio Grande River drainage.
West Pole Creek Trail Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
Excellent views and an excellent assortment of wildflowers can be found in the West Pole Drainage. Few people hike in the West Pole Area. Hiking this trail is basically a cross-country type experience.
West Ute Creek Trail Divide Ranger District,
Rio Grande National Forest
The trail is the main access route to West Ute Lake and is an easy to hike along West Ute Creek. The trail travels up a steady, steep climb through the old-growth spruce fir below West Ute Lake.
