Barr Camp is located 7 miles west on the Barr Trail from the Ruxton Trailhead in Manitou Springs. Reservations are necessary during the peak season, Memorial Day to Labor Day. |

Blue Lake Parking and Day Use Area has enough parking for 12 vehicles. Included in this site is a handicapped accessible trail to and along the south shoreline of the lake. The parking area and access trail are aggregate surfaced. |

This is a popular area for picnicking and exploring. There is a waterfall, some interesting rock formations, an ice cave, and numerous short trails. This is a great area for families. |

The complex has open play areas, a sanitary dumping station, a four-lane boat ramp, and parking area. |
