Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests
The Grays Peak Trail is located west of Georgetown and south of Bakersville. A person can climb Grays and Torreys Peaks, two 14,000 foot peaks, in one day.
La Plata Peak (north route) Leadville Ranger District,

La Plata is one of Colorado's peaks that reaches above 14,000 feet. At 14,336' it is Colorado's fifth highest peak.

The hike to Mt. Sopris summit is beautiful and best attempted at a relaxing pace of two days. A great location for overnight primitive camping is Thomas Lakes at the base of the summit trail.

Mt. Sherman's elevation is 14,036 it is located between Fairplay and Leadville. It's considered one of the easiest of the Colorado Fourteeners to climb.

Mt. Yale rises out of the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness to a height of 14,196'. The route from the Denny Creek Trailhead leads 3.5 miles to the summit with a 4,300' elevation gain.

North Maroon Peak is the middle peak of the Maroon-Bells range. No one should attempt this climb without the proper equipment and without advanced mountain climbing skills.

St. Charles Peak can be climbed from three different starting points. Two are easily accessible from Lake Isabel, the other comes from Greenhorn Mountain Road.
Trinchera Peak San Carlos Ranger District,
Pike and San Isabel National Forests
Trinchera Peak is located above Cuchara and this four-wheel drive road gets you a few miles closer to the summit. Travel through conifers to tree line, where all but high clearance 4 WD vehicles.
