Freeman Mesa Day Use Area is located on the north shore of Ruedi Reservoir at an elevation of 7,800 ft. It provides access to water sports on the reservoir and land sports on the surrounding terrain.
The Ruedi Boat Ramp and Picnic Ground is located adjacent to Little Maud, Little Mattie and Mollie B Campgrounds, near the west end of Ruedi Reservoir.
